The Complete Paddler - Return/Price Match Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange only within 30 days.

All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached & deemed by The Complete Paddler to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for an exchange.

All shipped items are a final sale. We will consider an exchange if you cover the actual shipping costs both ways, not our prices but actual shippingrates apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • Special order items are non-refundable;
  • All Sale Items are final sale;
  • Damage to home delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery;
  • Applicable warranties still apply. Some exceptions may apply;
  • If you have a problem with your canoe, kayak or accessory and you suspect that it may be due to defective materials or workmanship, The Complete Paddler will have to inspect the problem to determine the appropriate course of action as it relates to the manufacturer’s warranty. Consumer is responsible for delivery to, and pickup from, The Complete Paddler. If The Complete Paddler’s inspection indicates a defect that is attributable to materials or workmanship, The Complete Paddler will follow the specific warranty procedure as it relates to the canoe, kayak or accessory. Proof of purchase such as a sales receipt may be required. If repairs and evaluation are required by the Manufacturer at its manufacturing facility, the Consumer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.

The following items are excluded from this return policy and will not be accepted for an exchange:

  • Used, worn or damaged product and out of the original packaging, tags removed or missing accessories
  • Monogrammed, engraved, personalized or altered items

Please note these exchange handling guidelines:

  • Only merchandise purchased at The Complete Paddler will be accepted;
  • All returned parts that have been special ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee;
