Our Mission
The Complete Paddler is focused and dedicated to customer service. We judge this through the eyes of our customers. New or expert, we will listen to your needs and do our best to fulfill them. We pride ourselves on being experienced and knowledgeable in every aspect of our sport. The Complete Paddler, being the largest canoe and kayak store in Canada - not only has an obligation to uphold a community standard but a passion to do so. We strive to provide the highest quality products at a competitive price. In the unlikely event you find an identical item selling for less we will gladly match it!
OUR STAFF
Kelly McDowell, President:
Kelly, a Toronto local, started paddling when he lived in Victoria and has since had many years of international paddling experience during which time he guided/instructed in Europe, Central America and the Middle East, but his personal favourite was beautiful Whitsunday’s Islands on the East Coast of Australia were he refined his open ocean navigational skills doing multi-day trips and instructing for the local community. Kelly now takes great pride in owning and operating The Complete Paddler, so you will usually find him there. On occasion you might find him paddling in any back woods area in Ontario with his wife Christa.
